RSTP/SSP Information Session and Clinic for Refugee Newcomers and Sponsors

The Refugee Sponsorship Training Program (RSTP) and the Refugee Sponsorship Support Program (Refugee SSP) is hosting a free information session in Ottawa for sponsors and newly arrived refugees on Thursday September 7, 2017 from 6:30-9:00pm.

Attendees will learn about:

• The requirements for refugee sponsorship;

• The refugee sponsorship application process; and,

• Other potential immigration streams available to newly arrived refugees to bring their family and friends to Canada.

The session will be conducted in English, and attendees will have the opportunity to consult with pro bono lawyers from the Refugee SSP during the session.

Sign-in will start from 6:15 pm and the session will start at 6:30pm. Light refreshments will be provided.
